Built for Pressure - My Signature 1:1 Coaching Programme Built for Pressure is my 14-week signature coaching programme for high-functioning individuals who want to stop living in survival mode. This work is designed for people who: - Are relied on by others - Carry responsibility well, both at work and at home - Are successful on paper, yet quietly exhausted - Don’t feel “burnt out enough” to stop, but know something needs to change - Feel like their health is taking a real toll Built for Pressure is a fully tailored 1:1 coaching experience, with biweekly sessions (up to 90 minutes), designed to create deep, lasting change. Our work together focuses on: - Raising awareness around what’s really keeping you stuck - Shifting the beliefs and behaviour patterns driving stress and overdrive - Regulating stress and anxiety in real time - Nutrition Optimisation - including specialist sessions on emotional eating and weight loss - Interrupting reactive, autopilot responses before they take over - Creating realistic routines around lifestyle, movement, and sleep that support you You’ll be supported beyond our sessions through: - 30 minute check in sessions (on the weeks you don't have a full session) - Monday–Friday WhatsApp messaging support - Tailored resources Depending on your needs, this may also include: - A enxtensive food diary analysis with personalised feedback - Custom tools such as guided meditations, journal prompts, recipes and virtual fitness classes - Recommendations for supplements or functional testing (including CGM, where appropriate) My Approach I prioritise creating a safe, supportive space rooted in curiosity, never judgement. The goal isn’t to change who you are. It’s to help you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your capacity under pressure, and turn stress into something you can work with, not something that quietly drains you.
