
My story
Hi, I’m Iona, a certified health and mindset coach with a deep passion for supporting high-achieving individuals and teams to navigate pressure more effectively. I help people address anxiety, burnout, and overdrive by building resilience to stress, so performance, leadership, and wellbeing can be sustained rather than forced.

My own wake-up call came in my twenties, when stress, burnout, anxiety, and disconnection became impossible to ignore. For the first time, I experienced what it felt like not to recognise myself, mentally or physically. That moment changed everything.

What followed wasn’t a quick fix or extreme approach, but a deeper process of rebuilding my relationship with health by understanding the powerful connection between mind, body, and the internal stories that shape how we respond to pressure. That journey continues to this day, and it’s what drives my work.
Today, I bring both lived experience and rigorous professional training to my coaching. My approach is grounded in ongoing CPD and draws from psychology, behavioural science, stress resilience, and functional health. Whether I’m working 1:1 or within organisations, the aim is the same: to move people from insight into action, and from coping into truly living.

I’m not here to “fix” anyone. I’m here to act as a guide, sounding board, and accountability partner, supporting individuals and teams to build the capacity, self-trust, and foundations needed to thrive under pressure and create a life (and way of working) that genuinely feels good to live.
